Tonya Davidson has achieved many notable sales and successes in her time as a sales agent, auctioneer and coach. Some of her very favourite moments are outlined below.

Personal Sales

  • Tonya’s career began in 1993 when she took out First Prize at the Victorian Novice Auctioneers Competition
  • She went on to become the number one salesperson at the Hocking Stuart Group
  • She was the first sales person to achieve over 100 transactions in one year at Hocking Stuart
  • Cosmopolitan Magazine featured Tonya in the Top 30 Businesswomen Under 30 edition.

Team Highlights

  • When first tasked with a sales team of her own, Tonya doubled the income of her sales team inside one year.
  • She also coached and mentored each individual to achieve his or her own personal KPIs and goals that year.
  • Inspired by their work together, Tonya began her own business in 2004.
  • She has gone on to coach agents to win REIV awards and take out the number one gross sales positions in their office.

Remembering What’s Important

The results have shown that Tonya has added a great deal of value to the lives of people she’s coached. For her, it spans far beyond just award victories and titles. She is especially proud of the ways she has contributed to multiple aspects of people’s lives, outside of sales. Particularly, Tonya has used her own experiences to assist women integrate family with a life in the sales industry.
