Hey, welcome to my first BLOG. This is all very new and shiny to me and to be quiet honest I feel a little exposed. I have done some reading about how a BLOG is suppose to work and I have also been reading other peoples BLOGs for a while. What I have gleaned is a BLOG needs to be raw, honest and unfiltered. Well as luck should have it that suits me just fine. I generally write as I speak which is not surprising as my history and main career love is sales and we all know that a successful sales person masters the art of communication and speech ( not spelling-thank god for spell check and my mother who was VERY handy before spell check-thanks Mum)
Who am I and what do I do? Well if you are reading this you probably have seen my history on my web site or perhaps our paths have crossed in some way. In a nut shell I am Business Coach with a focus on the property sector. My background is pure sales with auctioneering thrown in for a little variety. The last 11 years has seen me help others in and around the property industry.I am generally employed by the individual with a focus on strategy, solving business problems,KPI’s, scripts, psychology, mentoring …. you get the picture. What I have found through my coaching is there are themes that surface. It is these themes that have spark discussion through relevance. So with that in mind I have embarked on a journey (sorry I hate that word- so overused) of sharing these themes and my opinions on them.
